Decoblue bleaching powders
Bleaching powder with wheat proteins that protect the hair fiber during the bleaching process. Bleaches up to six shades.
Warnings:
Use suitable gloves.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use for bleaching eyebrows and eyelashes.
Do not put the product in direct contact with the scalp.
Recommended for use by a professional hairdresser.
Oxidizing 30 volumes - 1000 ml
Oxidizing emulsion formulated with hydrogen peroxide of 30 volumes, a 9% concentration.
It belongs to the range of innovative creams, oxidants and hydrogen peroxide for high quality permanent hair coloring process.
Mixing the 30 vol. oxidant with the hair coloring cream will enhance color development in permanent hair coloring or dyeing.
Also note that this vegan formulation contains osmosed (deionized) water, stabilized hydrogen peroxide and can be used to mix with bleaching powder in hair bleaching.
